House On The Hill
We all want that without the regret of saying “I should have done this”. But sometimes the Pinterest images don’t fit what we’re looking for, our home, our area and the rest of our home decor. This kitchen took a blend of rustic hardwood and old home with modern countertops, fixtures, cabinets and overall design themes. It truly ended up perfect..
The front landscape is probably what I would call Xeriscape, it’s minimal plants and minimal maintenance but maximum design. The walkway creates a beautiful design with both dimension and texture that offers two ways to the front door, one from the street and one from the carport area. We left some of the original architectural details of the house in the vertical slats at the front door, around the window and at the breezeway.
Again lighting is fully automated to turn on as you walk by (occupancy sensor)or at dusk. The large two car carport adds another stunning architectural detail and a throw back to the mid century modern design with the “V” created by the steel posts. Once inside the breezeway there are two large storage areas, perfect for holding all those outdoor activity accessories, golf cubs, bikes, kids soccer gear, fishing gear, whatever you need will stay safe and dry and be easily accessible as you head to your car.
Amazing outdoor area, with various entertaining spaces. Large raised garden bed, covered patio, lighting, BBQ area, huge private back yard, full landscaped with watering system. Everything is custom designed to maximize every inch of the house and lot, either for storage, entertaining or enjoying privately with family. We built a beautiful 10×10 shed that is full insulated powered and private if needed with built in blinds. Perfect for a man cave, home office, she shed, or garden storage, the options are endless. Behind the fence is a longer gravel area perfect for parking and RV or boat if needed. Exterior lights are full automated to turn on as you walk past or turn on at dusk.
